Water Cooled Electro-Dynamic Shaker

EDL series water cooled shakers provide a superb testing platform for vibration testing on larger or heavier specimen, widely used for products of aerospace, aviation and defense, automotive and transportation. These shakers have unique multi-cycles water cooling technique on armature coil, and improved short-circuit protection design. Multi-Axis Shaker

ECON multi-axis shakers meet requirement of our customers to use multi-post/ multi-axis shakers for those cases, such as bi-axial, tri-axial, or in multiple posts. These shakers can replicate more realistic field environment in multiple points, or from different axes, highly reduce the risk of over test or lack of test during complex tests, and reduce traditional test times considerably.

MIMO Vibration Controller

MI-8 High Channel Account Vibration Control and Measurement System

The next-generation vibration controller is now available at ECON for large-scale MISO (Multiple Input, Single Output), MEMA (Multiple Exciter, Single Axis) and MEMA (Multiple Exciter, Multiple Axes) control applications. It integrates PXI bus structure and multi-DSPs technology to perform powerful and precise control and analysis, just like series of synchronized high performance vibration controller working together without degrading performance of each other.

MI-8 High Channel Account Measurement System

MI-8 series innovatively presents the next-generation higher channel account vibration control and measurement system. It integrates various acquisition module, on-board multi-DSPs technology, Ethernet connectivity on PXI bus, and creates a solid platform for shaker control, vibration and noise measurement and analysis. MI-8 series also adapts embedded-in host controller with real-time operating system, taking charge of effective data management and transmission. MI-2004 Conditioning Amplifier

As an important part of the test system, ECON also presents a powerful signal conditioning amplifier, with support for all types of transducers. It integrates filtering, integral and differential analysis functions. You can monitor the setting parameters, running status and some other measured data displayed on the front touch screen. It is quite flexible for different tests with versatile setting parameters. You can connect it to PC easily and set test parameters in your computer via RS232 interface. It also can be combined together for large scale applications. You can connect multiple conditioning amplifiers in series and set up all the conditioning amplifier signal parameters together.

ECS-1028 Portable Sensor Calibrator

ECS-1028 Portable sensor calibrators are designed to provide on-site sensitivity calibration for acceleration sensors, velocity sensors and displacement sensors(contact types) with frequencies up to 10000 Hz. ECS-1028 Use the comparison method(back to back) for calibration, the automatic closed-loop control is realized through the built-in reference sensor, and the sensitivity curve correction method is used first to achieve the high precision sensor calibration function.

ECS-1028 integrates the reference acceleration sensor, power amplifier, vibrator and vibration control system. With its advantages of small size and light weight, it provides great convenience for the on-site sensor calibration. At the same time, the ECS-1028’s closed-loop control guarantees the vibration calibration.

MI-7108 Portable Dynamic Signal Analyzer

Portable Dynamic Signal Analyzer, MI-7108,new integrated design: The instrument and PC are highly integrated for data acquisition, management and display by compact and solid industrial design, which not only simplifies the site test but also improves the high reliability of the system.

ECS-1815 Mid-Frequency Transducer Calibration System

ECS-1815 Medium-Frequency Vibration Transducer Calibration System is designed according to ISO 16063-21:2003, for calibrating the sensitivity, frequency response, amplitude linearity and transverse sensitivity of acceleration transducer, velocity transducer, displacement transducer, vibration meter, bearing vibration meter and foundation pile dynamic meter.

ECS-1815 consists of ECI programmable calibrator, standard shaker, power amplifier, reference transducer, high precision conditioning amplifier, and computer, with high precision and automation in calibration.

Comparison method is applied in ECS-1815 system to achieve the calibration, and meanwhile improved comparison method is provided: substitution method and shoulder-to-shoulder method.

The system automatically measures the frequency and amplitude of reference transducer and the transducer under test, and then calculates the sensitivity, frequency response and amplitude linearity, etc., and finally automatically generates the calibration report.

The ECS-1815 series Medium-Frequency Vibration Transducer Calibration System is an excellent calibration partner applied in the R&D, manufacture, metrology and use procedure of transducer or vibration meter.

ECS-1816 Middle-High Frequency Transducer Calibration System

ECS-1816 Middle-high Frequency Vibration Transducer Calibration System is designed according to ISO 16063-21:2003, for calibrating the sensitivity, frequency response, amplitude linearity and transverse sensitivity of acceleration transducer, velocity transducer, displacement transducer, vibration meter, bearing vibration meter and foundation pile dynamic meter.
